From markapsolon: "Here is an old newsreel from castlefilms that I transfered to video. Far as I know this is the first time it has been seen by a wide audience since its release in 1939. I think this film is something that should be saved for our and other generations to see. The transfer was in HD so thats why the film is widescreen. "A public domain gem! This is from a series of Social Seminar movies made for educational use. The original intent of this movie was to paint a cautionary picture of an LSD user. Instead, the editor, Howie Lester, made it into a fair and even sympathetic portrait of a young man living an alternate lifestyle.
